ROSE graduated from college and worked as an education officer for 12 years.

By chance, he became interested in cake decoration and became a hobby. 

He established the Global Flower Design Association (G.F.D.A) in 2015 and spent time making cakes in earnest. 

After pipping for a long time, she thought more about cake decoration, and after intensive research and study from 2018 with the idea that it would be better to incorporate an oil painting knife into cake decoration, she finally designed and released a cake-only decorative knife under the brand ROSESTORY in 2022.
